We know you want fast results. We also know people with physical disabilities need their products yesterday! The majority of our products ship from the manufacturer's warehouse. Each manufacturer varies in the amount of time it takes them to ready a product for shipment. Items that are made-to-order by the manufacturer may take longer for delivery.

Please understand that shopping for assistive technology and adaptive positioning equipment is not a normal shopping experience. In general, these special products are very specific in nature, and custom in design and manufacture. The products we sell are often made-to-order to meet the specific needs of the child that it is intended for, therefore, products are not always sitting on the shelf.
